After deciding upon the size ad you wish to place, please complete the
form and send back your camera-ready art or a brief message - for example,
"Good Luck from...." (Attach a copy of the message to the form.) 2005-2006
program circulation dates October 2005 through March 2006. Enclose check
made payable to Saint Louis University Hockey Club. Please note: for
placement of a full-page ad, the sponsor receives 4 season tickets and 2
invitations to the end of the season banquet. For placement of a 1/2 page
ad the sponsor receives 2 season tickets and 1 invitation to the end of
the year season banquet.
